Terms of Service

• You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use Boxely.

You agree not to:

• Use Boxely for any unlawful purpose or to store unlawful content.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• Abuse, overload, or interfere with the service or other users.

You retain ownership of the inventory content and photos you add to Boxely. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, process, and display that content for the purpose of providing the service to you. You are responsible for the content you upload and for having the rights to it.

• Boxely offers free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe on the cadence shown at checkout.
• Plan limits (such as the number of active containers and photos per item) apply according to your tier.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Unless stated otherwise, cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period and access to paid features continues until then.

We work to keep Boxely available and reliable, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boxely and HMB Software are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the service. Keep your own backups of information that is important to you.

You may stop using Boxely and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of Boxely after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
